- Face 2 face fundraising in shops, malls, and street locations
- Lead and manage a small team to develop into professional fundraiser
- Meet KPI's and be challenging self to exceed daily/weekly targets
- A proven track record of meeting targets.
- Have a experience in direct face 2 face sales in a Team leading or Management role .
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic personality that oozes and is contagious.
- Ability to engage and converse with people from all walks of life.
- Would you describe yourself as a fire cracker, energizer bunny, or tazzy devil or someone that knows they shouldn't drink to much red cordial?
