QLD Sales Manager / BDM - Pre Treatment Water Systems

Fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation operating in the industrial water system solutions industry.  
 
With 20+ years experience in the industry and exclusive access to the best products, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated, hungry Sales  Manager to set up and establish a QLD customer base / operations.  
 
 
This is a 'Greenfield' operation in QLD, thus the successful candidate must have experience in start up ventures and be able to demonstrate previous successes in successfully building accounts and client relationships. It is also vital that experience encompass pre-water systems.  
 
 
The core responsibilities of this role include:  
 
  • Target and identify key customers and opportunities  
  • Manage, monitor and grow the QLD Water division's sales revenue, margin and expense performance, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to meet company and financial targets.  
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to ensure attainment of established channel growth objectives.  
  • Developing strategic customer account plans in order to grow accounts and increase sales.  
  • Develop and implement customer retention / acquisition strategies.  
  • Budget / P&L responsibilities including preparing sales and associated management reports.  
   
To be successful in this role you will have:  
 
  • Proven sales success at an Senior level including demonstrated achievements of 'wins' and growing accounts  
  • Experience in start-up / greenfield operations  
  • Previous experience and knowledge of pre-treatment water systems ESSENTIAL  
  • A target driven nature and the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally  
  • Technical understanding  
  • Tender preparation and contract management experience as well as financial acumen  
   
 
A highly attractive base salary will be offered to the 'successful candidate' along with a fully maintained vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and attractive commissions / bonuses:  
Salary: $100K Base + 10% Super, Car, Tools & Comm / Bonus
