Our client has mandated us to source multiple sales & marketing cadets with a view to securing their next generation of leaders.

The Role

• In the first six months you will receive intensive training which will include a rotation program throughout the organization learning about all the aspects of the business including; warehousing, logistics, sampling, marketing, account services and sales.
• A diverse range of duties including; customer service, quality control, preparing quotes, examining invoices all within an exciting team environment

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Tafe or University qualification (sales & marketing or commerce discipline preferred)
• Energetic, motivated and ambitious
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to become a leader of the future within the organisation
