My Client, a leader in their field is currently going through yet another growth phase, which has put them in the position of needing more top talent within their sales team. They are well known within the industry and deal at all levels of the market including small, medium and large corporates.

The role will require someone savvy, someone competitive and someone smart. Your success will be determined by your ability to hit the ground running in order to drum up business. Whilst there are a handful of existing clients for you to farm and manage, the majority of your time initially will be spent out there hunting out new business - your continued management of these Clients will see this gradually turn from a Business Development role to that of Account Management. Therefore, this is a role for Business Developers who would like to work hard towards acheiving Account Maangement status - you must be able to source and find new business and close down the sale......and enjoy doing it!!!

You will need to be committed to achieving above-target results and you will find that you are easily able to exert influence where necessary in order to generate sales. You will be discerning yet driven in your approach and ideally you are already an expert in the field of print, packaging or labels sales. Whether you currently sell directly or through converters is not of major concern, but you must have at least 2+ years successful sales results within the industry in order to proceed to the next stage of the application process.
