The Role In Short:

• Store Manager - Its All about Leadership and Business Management
• Roster: Tuesday - Saturday (with some flexibility)
• Salary: $45K + Super + Monthly Incentive Structure
• Full Training provided
• Immediate Start

What we are looking for:

• Management experience is a non negotiable, seeking a coaching management style.
• Natural sales ability, Consultative selling style with clear communication.
• Results oriented personality, you get excited about sales success and hitting the numbers
• Experience with Rosters, Sales Targets, KPIs, VM
• Most of all a genuine desire to transfer your skills in to a new environment & be successful.
