We are currently seeking retail minded managers to move in to store management positions, Running the business and leading a small team you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your store, responcible for achieving results in stock management, customer service and team leadership. The Role in short:
- Store Manager
- Salary: $38K base + Super + Discounts
- Roster: 38 - 40hrs / Wk (Work every second weekend on average)
- Location: North Canberra
- Its all about customer service and being a team leader
- Hands on role with stock, VM setups, selling, and all retail store operations
What we are looking for:
Experience managing a small to medium size teams, with a focus on supervision & managing outcomes, comfortable with performance management and committed to rewarding good performance.
Customer focused attitude with profitability in mind, as well as building loyal customer base through excellence in service and product. Your sales success in the past speaks for itself!
Visual merchandising experience would be ideal, or experience working with stock / understanding of how the store layout and product presentation impacts sales for a retail business.
You take pride in how you manage yourself and your time, and have strategies to help you stay on top of work load, deal with multiple priorities, and
You know how to represent a brand and adapt to be the face of the business!
