You will need to have experience managing customer service, stock control, team development, understand OH&S and business reporting. Leading a team of 15 plus and a turnover in excess of $5mil. You need to understand succession planning but also on the flip side, experience with performance management. You need to be a hands on problem solver who doesn't see road blocks. Have a serious interest in building a team and growing with the business.
