Job Description Reporting directly to the General Manager of Australasia, you will have responsibility for managing a small team across the Finance, IT and HR functions. * Ensuring both US and Australian GAAP compliance * Ensuring strict compliance from a tax, treasury and company secretarial perspective * Working closely with and supporting the commercial function by providing timely financial advice and support to enable the achievement of commercial objectives * Devising financial strategies relating to the expansion of the business both locally and internationally * Developing and implementing integrated financial systems and reporting processes * Identifying and implementing a variety of process and systems improvements on an ongoing basis * Implementing robust controls and processes to support the companys strategic business plan * Taking an active role in negotiations regarding commercial contracts and agreements with 3rd parties * Managing internal and external audits processes * Proactively analyzing results and providing advice to senior management that will assist in reducing risk and meeting operational objectives The Successful Applicant This is a passionate and high energy organisation who is seeking a like-minded individual with a professional approach. You will be CA/CPA qualified with significant commercial experience within a wholesale/retail business. Experience reporting into a US parent is desirable.
