The Store Manager of this business will be rewarded with : - A great base salary of up to $60,000 plus super for the relevant product experience.

You MUST possess : - Previous high level management experience within a consultative retail speciality environment.
- Experience and knowledge in managing wages, rosters, merchandising, stock control and developing teams.
- Ability to work to store financial budgets with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Experience in OPTICAL retailing would be most highly regarded.
- You will be offered on commencement strong training / induction period. This is to ensure that you have the necessary tools to be an effective leading store manager.
