To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must demonstrate -

• a strong track record of ladieswear buying experience
• proven track record of working with an OTB
• ability to work autonomously and with a high level of initiative
• thrive in a pressurised environment and be self motivated
• excellent numerical and analytical ability

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to -

• facilitate the turnaround from buying decision to the delivery of stock into retail stores
• source new and review existing supply bases in ensuring the retail stores remain competitive
• be in constant awareness of market trends with quick reaction to adapt to demand changes
• to work in line with budgets and margin expectations as well as gross profit targets
• work with the buying team to ensure continued success
• be actively in stores to see the product purchasing and allocation decisions in fruition
