Due to a new store opening my client is seeking an ASSISTANT MANAGER to drive, motivate and empower their new team in BRISBANE CBD.

To be considered for this role, the ideal applicant must demonstrate -

• a solid and proven track record of assistant management experience in retail
• footwear experience will be highly regarded but not essential, in addition to experience in fitting customers into shoes
• a high energy and tenacity
• ability to work to and drive a team to budgets and KPIs
• flair for merchandising and creating visual displays to build customer foot traffic
• a love for leading a team from the front
• a desire to further develop and grow their management skills in a retail market leader
