• a proven track record of assistant management experience within a KPI and sales measured environment

• a love for jewellery and desire to provide a memorable customer experience at every occassion
• a lead by example management approach and ability to inspire their team from the front
• excellent merchandising flair and a genuine desire to grow a retail management career long term
