Property Manager - Melbourne's Inner Bayside
An exciting opportunity for a sensational Property Manager has arisen to join a fast growing boutique agency in Melbourne's cosmopolitan St Kilda. This modern agency continues to build and develop their already strong reputation for delivering an end to end service that includes Sales, Buyers Advocacy & Property Management. Whilst working out of modern offices that are conveniently located to all of the trendy cafés, bars and restaurants you will also be working alongside a driven team of young professionals who are supportive, motivated and friendly. Full administration & leasing support from dedicated Assistant Property Managers will allow the successful candidate to breeze through their day.
The successful candidate will be required to work a half day every second Saturday with a half day off in lieu during the week. As a Property Manager you will not only be generously rewarded with an attractive salary, car allowance, iPhone & commissions. As a Property Manager your role will include:
- Clean portfolio of 200 properties
- Highly systemised environment
- Proactive Property Management style
- Leadership and support from the property management department specialist
- Fun, interactive and supportive team
- Attractive Salary package of up to $60K + superannuation +commissions depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have:
- Polished presentation
- Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Be a friendly person with a strong customer service focus and who can work autonomously.
- 2 + years Property Management experience
- A proactive Property Management style with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be someone who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement)
- 2 years + Property Management experience
- Drivers licence
- Reliable car
