 A leading facilities management provider with a strong presence throughout Australia is currently seeking to employ a facilities manager to manage a portfolio of properties for a key client account in Melbourne.
As the facilities manager you will ensure that your clients portfolio of properties is ran to a high level of customer service.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Developing planned and preventative maintenance schedules
- Ensuring compliance and risk is managed
- Contractor management
- P&L, financial reporting
- Client relationship management
- Internal stakeholder relationship management
- Manage Ad-Hoc maintenance
- Manage asset registers
You will have previously experience working within a corporate culture with excellent communication skills, you will thrive on customer interaction through providing a first class service and have a strong knowledge base to draw from within facilities management plus excellent IT skills.
