Due to company growth they are now seeking the assistance of an experienced Marketing Coordinator to assist with all marketing coordination and sales administration
Reporting to the Development Manager the role will require assistance with the creation of marketing material, coordination of print and online advertising, liaison with external advertising group, input into marketing strategies, processing of sales contracts, management of the database and correspondence management.
To be successful in this role it is essential to have previous marketing based experience within a Building or Development or Building environment, be well presented, have strong communication and a solid work ethic.
