One of Australia's most highly regarded ground engineering consultancies is seeking numerous field based mine geologists to compliment their existing team, one of the largest geology and geotechnical engineering teams in Australia. This requirement has come around due to the successful tendering for numerous projects within WA working predominantly across Gold, Iron ore and Bauxite commodoties. The successful candidates will be working across a number of technical disciplines, allowing you to develop expertise across a number of aspects of mine geology, including: - Grade control - Mine Reconciliation - Resource estimation - Exploration geology and; - Auditing Opportunities will also be available to work across the civil infrastructure side of the business if desired, and provides a significant opportunity to both use and grow your technical skills. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, commodities, and mining styles under the guidance of very experienced professionals, and complementing the other members of our team. In order to be successful within this role experience within the mining industry is essential, including previous mine-site experience, a BSc in Geology or a similar discipline and the ability to work within team and individual situations.
