Leading Mine Operator with open cut and underground operations Australia wide. This open cut coal operation produces 7.5 Mtpa of high quality coking coal using a dragline and shovel method.

A position has become available for an experienced Process Engineer. This role will see you working to improve/evaluate metallurgical projects, manage studies from concept through order of magnitude to pre-feasibility level, offer technical support to the operations team to assist in the delivery of the annual production plan and participate in the production plan process.

To be considered for the role you will have;

• A degree in Metallurgical Chemical or Mineral Processing Engineering
• Experience in minerals or chemical processing plants
• Advanced technical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work as a part of a small team
• Experience in financial evaluation/development of test work programs leading to capital expenditure in a processing plant environment is desired
