Supervisor Drill & Blast

Reporting directly to the Manager Mining and working closely with the Technical Services department, you will be responsible for the project's drilling and blasting activities. In this role, you will also be accountable for leading safe, efficient and effective blasting and ensuring we optimise costs through the effective utilization and care of plant and personnel.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective communication, training and development of the Drill & Blast Crew.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential to be considered for this Monday to Friday, site based role.

Coal mining experience is desirable

Demonstrated experience leading a high performing team
