Supporting two legal professionals, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of Trade Mark and Patent applications
  • Filing of applications
  • Managing correspondence regarding records processing
  • Managing and meeting deadlines
  • Liaising with clients
  • Maintaining and updating database records

To be considered for an interview with this great employer, you must:

  • Have at least 18 months professional support experience
  • Have intermediate to advance MSWord
  • Have a typing speed of 50wpm +
  • Be professionally spoken and presented
  • Have great organisational and time management skills
  • Have a high attention to detail combined with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn
