- Experience supporting a Senior Partner or Executive?
- Minimum of 70wpm with 98% accuracy?
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills?
- Exposure to document and practice management systems?
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team?
- Outstanding communication skills?
- Confidence and ability to liaise with all level of professionals?
- High attention to detail?

This newly created position as a Senior Legal Secretary will see you responsible for providing high level support to the Office Managing Partner within the Corporate Division (M&A). This is a highly sought after firm that is extremely highly regarded by Legal Secretaries. It is the next step for an experienced PA / Legal Secretary to take your career to the next level. If you enjoy a busy role with lots of typing and diary management then this is the role for you. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: - Being the first point of contact internally and externally
- Liaising with clients, other network offices and other stakeholders
- Manage telephone, emails, electronic dairies and voicemail for team members
- Monitor the movements, commitments and whereabouts of team members
- Organise travel and accommodation, IT and currency
- Manage communication requirements for team members or where appropriate clients
- Dictation
- File management - Opening and closing files
- Managing billing timesheets
