In this fast-paced role you'll be working on:

• Large-scale commercial developments;
• Off the plan developments;
• Residential house and land sales and purchases;
• Subdivisions;
• Strata Titles;
• Leasing; and
• related party transfers.

You'll be expected to manage your own files (end-to-end), therefore you must be a self-starter with initiative.

There's lots of client contact so you'll need to be personable and enjoy dealing with people, and because of the nature of this position, you'll be someone who is well organised, has great attention to detail and who enjoys dealing with lots of active files.  To be suited to this position you will also be someone who is enthusiastic, energetic and who enjoys working at a senior level in large scale Commercial Property matters.
