Key responsibilities: - Work within the Implementation team to deliver solutions configured with software that meet or exceed client expectations
- Work as a member of multidisciplinary team fostering teamwork and communication throughout the project life cycle
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to ensure the best outcome for client is met along with working towards the strength of the software
- Provide mentoring to other team members both in business analysis and technical direction
- Have a strong focus on delivering high quality work
- Clear, concise, high quality written and verbal communication skills
- Gather and analyse client needs and document these as requirements
- Develop detailed cost and resource effort estimates based on client requirements
- Configure solutions using software to suit client specific business process needs
- Undertake unit testing of all configuration & technical work undertaken
- Install software within client environments
- Provide direction and feedback to other project team members in consultation with the Project Manager
- Participate in peer reviews of other projects to ensure being delivered as best practice both from business process and software implementation perspective
- Participate in system testing within quality assurance team
Key requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong experience in a similar software implementation or business analysis capacity
- Strong database skills in SQL and/or Oracle
- Solid experience undertaking implementation of web based applications
- Strong client liaison skills
- Solid testing expertise
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to business users and management
- Ability to effectively prioritise and escalate customer concerns and opportunities.
