We have an excellent opportunity for a suitably skilled Change & Transition Manager to help head up a transition team for a large scale and high profile systems implementation. Your position will have you responsible for a small team of specialist analysts and training staff whose purpose it is to manage the successful implementation of and transition to a new site access management system.

The system will be rolled out across multiple sites in regional Queensland, and extensive travel will be required. While trips will be short, they will be frequent and you will be flown back to Brisbane for weekends. All expenses will be covered.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Strong commercial experience in operational change roles;
• Exposure to working on large scale systems implementation projects;
• Experience working in the resources, mining or energy sectors would be ideal;
• Proven team leadership skills;
• Workshop facilitation and presentation skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of business users.
