Our client is an established and growing ASX listed company. They require a Finance Systems Support Analyst to provide 1st level Oracle support to their internal users.

You will be the first point of contact for 500+ Oracle e-Business, Business Intelligence and Hyperion users and you will work closely with the level 2 support team escalating issues as required. You will also be involved in system administration, business improvement and documentation as required. Ultimately, this role will offer career progression into the 2nd level support team where you will also be involved in project work.

Key Skills Required:

• Must have experience working with or supporting an ERP System – Oracle E-Business would be highly regarded
• Strong verbal communication skills
• A general understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Strong customer service ethic

We will consider an Accountant or a Support Analyst who is looking for a move into a Systems Accountant/Support role.
