Our client a large end user based in Sydney is looking for a Senior Change Manager for an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Assignment. This is a key role reporting to the Program Director to manage the change across 9 projects. You will come come from a strong change background with a minimum of 5 years proven experience in this space. You are are tasked with developing a Change Management Strategy to deliver on all projects within a specified time. Key Requirements - Minimum 5/10 years Business Change Management experience
- Demonstrated senior experience working on national or International Change Projects
- Strong business improvement experience
- Strong negotiation, Influencing and communication skills
- The ability to drive change across a multi tiered organisation
- Resource Planning and Delivery of High Quality Business Solutions
- Positive attitude and to work with a a sense of urgency
Interviews will happen promptly for selected candidates and a good salary package is on offer with an additional substantial project completion bonus.
