You... - Have a deep understanding of iterative user centred DESIGN with an emphasis on visual design
- Can offer a valuable input across the whole UX process (i.e. not just wireframes)
- Love to meet clients & know how to ask the RIGHT QUESTIONS to enable a smoother process & better results
- Capable of leading user centred research and testing
- GET EXCITED about sketching up strategic UX concepts
- Have a wonderful ability to make the complex look simple
- Love producing IA & interactive prototypes
- Mentor & oversee the design solutions & can step in to provide tactical advice
