Learning and Development Manager

Working under the broad direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of quality learning and development initiatives to this diverse business.
Partnering with the business, you will work closely with department Managers and key stakeholders to effectively manage and implement the Learning and Development Strategy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build, implement and monitor E-Learning system,
Overhaul the induction and on-boarding policy and procedure,
Complete training needs analysis,
Address compliance and audit requirements
Develop and implement learning plans, matrixes and workforce development plans
Facilitate training presentations, upskill, coach and mentor staff
