As an end-to-end Accounting and Finance Recruiter 50% of your role will be managing PSA account and 50% will be drumming up new business. So some roles will land on your lap whereas others you will have to grab with both hands. No cold calling required in this position only introduction calls and meetings. Clients know the agency well; your job is to make them know you and what you can do for them!
