.We are seeking a full 360’ Recruitment Consultant within our specialist Technology/ I.T. team in our Canberra office, placing I.T. Specialists across all industries, including an even split between Government and Private sector work. This will involve running an existing, warm desk of clients across both permanent placements and temporary on hire placements.Core job responsibilities include:
- Full 360’ control of the complete recruitment process, for a hybrid desk of permanent and contract placements within the specialist I.T. space.
- Responsibility for achieving set KPI’s and financial targets.
- Business Development activities.
- Client liaison and account management activities.
- Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Conducting reference checks.
To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:
- We are seeking outcome orientated consultants that are motivated to build a sustainable career in recruitment, by utilising business and recruitment methodologies that Chandler Macleod Group have developed over the past 50 years.
- Ideally, at least one year’s Recruitment experience within I.T. recruitment.
- Strong customer service delivery, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
