We are NOT looking for a gun sales person or a BDM; we are looking for a strong recruiter who can establish, maintain and develop relationships. As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include: - Writing and uploading on-line and website advertisements
- Screening all applications
- Conducting database and candidate searches
- Interviewing candidates
- Shortlisting
- Coordinating interviews with the client
- Reference Checking
- Always keeping in contact with active and non-active candidates and clients
This position is highly suited to an individual that has experience or a strong interest in the fashion and apparel industry. We are looking for someone with: - A minimum of 12 months experience in Recruitment (internal or external)
- Solid experience with candidate search and selection
- A strong sense of urgency
- Good work ethic
- The ability to work autonomously
