Our volume recruitment team runs the outsourced recruitment campaigns for a number of high profile organisations. This involves utilisation of the latest assessment procedures delivered by true recruitment professionals (like you) across all stages of the recruitment process from initial screening, online assessments, interviews and assessment centres. These are major outsourced recruitment programs, so you will support our clients by providing reporting and detailed recruitment metrics regarding each campaign.

Due to significant growth and new recruitment projects coming on board in recent months, it is now time for us to add another like minded recruitment professional to our team. So we are looking for an experienced recruiter/assessment consultant to join this unique team.

Ideally you will have a background in:

• Interviewing and assessment, using behavioural interview techniques
• Sound organisational skills and the ability to use your initiative
• A "can do" attitude
• And above all, a passion for recruiting the right person to the right job!

Sales is not a requirement for this position as these projects are sold by our national sales team.
