• Managing a current hot temp desk (billing $5k per week)
• Sourcing new business within the Northern suburbs
• Attending client meeting and securing new job opportunities
• Picking up job briefs from clients
• Writing and posting advertisements
• Interviewing candidates
• Conducting database searches for suitable candidates
• Short-listing
• Reference Checking
• Always exceeding the expectations of both clients and candidates
