Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking a high-energy driven recruitment professional to join our Cairns branch and continue to develop the Industrial Temporary Division. • Develop and maintain rapport with existing clients;
• Direct marketing and sales to prospect clients;
• Job advertisement writing and placement;
• Screening & reviewing resumes/telephone applications;
• Conducting interviews & coordinating other selection criteria;
• Reference checking/background checking;
• Placing of candidates in suitable roles within our client base;
• Ongoing support, care & management of your candidate/client pool;
• Building client relationships, including regular client site visits;
• Working to clearly defined KPI’s while being supported by an experienced and energetic Manager; Your energetic approach, people orientation and drive are attributes which have distinguished you in your professional career. You are passionate about working directly with clients and being part of a national organisation with an established brand and admired culture. You will have the ability to plan, organise and carry out problem solving and analysis in a composed manner with relative ease. You will be an ambitious, imaginative individual with experience, the drive and the determination to succeed in a heavily targeted sales environment. Previous blue collar industry exposure and knowledge and experience in Recruitment &/or Human Resources is highly desirable although not necessary as your success will be shaped by your proven focus on exemplary customer services and business development ability.
