The day-to-day activities for the Employment Placement Consultant within a PVS Workfind branch are varied and include vast amounts of client and applicant contact. The aim of the role is to match our pool of candidates to suitable employment opportunities.

To be considered for this position the following skills and attributes would be desirable;
• Solid Reverse Marketing skills;
• Business to Business sales experience;
• Be results driven and focused;
• The ability to grow relationship through providing excellent service;
• Extensive administration experience with top attention to detail;
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel;
• Proven organisation and time management skills;
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills;

This position will suit someone who is confident in their belief to utilise their sales skills to match candidates to suitable employment opportunities.
