Our client, based in Balcatta, is one of the oldest and renown companies in the food and beverage industry in WA.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Human Resources Advisor to work closely with managers and staff with emphasis towards employee and industrial relations experience.

This is an interesting and varied role that will see you stepping into the HR Managers shoes when required!

Duties will include:

• Assisting with blue and white collar recruitment
• Implement and maintain HR policies
• Assist with salary reviews and reward programmes
• Support and advise managers with effective training plans
• Assist in the management of fitness for work programmes
• Provide support to the HR Manager

About you:

• Have at least basic HR or similar qualifications
• Essential is experience working in an HR environment
• Have good knowledge of the Microsoft suite
• Exposure to recruitment practices, including employment rules and regulations
• Have a positive, can do attitude
