An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR generalist to join an innovative and progressive organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide a range of general operational and administrative support across a variety of activity areas within the HR division including;
• performance management
• workforce planning involvement
• employee relations
• metrics reporting
• workplace health and safety, and
• provision of advice, assistance and support to managers on all aspects of employment conditions.
In order to deliver best practice, timely, accurate and compliant human resource services, the successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills combined with the confidence to build strong working relationships at all levels of the business. You will have a minimum of five years experience in a generalist HR role and possess a tertiary HR qualification.
