To be considered, you will be a proven recruiter who has delivered not just successful sales performance but also a high level of service to your clients and candidates. Prior experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment would be seen as an advantage but not essential. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential as is a passion for the industry as a whole.
