Our client is one of the best known names in Entertainment and Events in Melbourne. Due to additional demands we can now offer casual shifts to you almost every day of the week - there is plenty of work available for you especially around the weekend & nights, providing that you are an experienced Food & Beverage attendant.

Complexities of the role include -

• Exceptionally high grooming standards
• International guests - You must be a strong communicator

To be considered for this role you must have -

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate - MUST be CURRENT and for the state of VICTORIA
• Extensive F & B / a la carte experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in drink dispensing and basic cocktail making
• Experience making coffee/working as a barista
• Effective verbal communication skills – a 2nd language is highly desirable
• Good availability is essential - MUST be available for nights & weekends. Available shifts vary from mornings, afternoons, evenings and graveyard all-nighter shifts.
