Company One of Australia's premier contract mining and services provider who provide unparalleled expertise and total service capabilities to mine owners. They have a reputation as the leader in large-scale materials handling and minerals processing and are currently requiring the expertise of a Maintenance Supervisor for the crew of their mobile fleet.
Role As the Maintenance Supervisor your will be reporting to the Superintendent. A fantastic role with a family oriented company where you start each day with a sense of purpose and end the day with a sense of accomplishment. As a Maintenance Supervisor your daily activities will consist of supervising, coaching and monitoring activities in a challenging work environment.
Essential to you success - Good knowledge of heavy earthmoving machinery. (underground an advantage)
- Oversee the planning, organising and supervision of all maintenance activities to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Implement the maintenance plan and drive employees to comply with expectations.
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem solving techniques
- Full commitment to safety
- Able to use Microsoft suit and CMMS (preferred but not essential)
