- Supervise up to 12 staff
- Project involvement
- Managing Change
- Managing all aspects of the factory floor
- Inbound/outbound Freight
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess experience and knowledge of the Manfactory industry
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a leading hand/supervisor.
- Be able to coordinate and supervise all building works
- Have a working vehicle and tools
- Hold a current LF/LO Forklift licence
- Manufactory experience
- Energetic, self motivated and possess strong communication and reporting skills.
You must have a strong safety awareness and safe work ethic, and possess a professional attitude to work and be able to liaise with clients to provide a high standard.
