My client has now been in operation for over a number of years, building quality single to two storey level homes, their award winning designs and prestigious quality service have given them the reputation as the market leader in residential home building.
Residential Estimator
They are now active in the market for a Estimator with the minimum 5 years experience. This is a rewarding role that will consist of working with a team with vast industry experience with strict professionalism.
The position will be based in their Central Coast office estimating residential single and multi residential projects across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a high end salary package which incorporates annual reviews and a bonus structure.
The position requires a high level of competency in :
- Preparing 'Bill of Quantities'
- Preparing cost plans, budgets and detailed estimates
- Procurement of Suppliers and sub-contractors for all trades
- Monitoring of costs during the construction phase
- Producing accurate cost reports
- Liaising with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Contractors
- Developing on-going customer relationships
Requirements :
- A minimum of 3 years local experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Aptitude for working with computers
- Databuild experience
- Being self-reliant and able to work independently
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Be team orientated
