• Long Term Contract Role
• Previous experience managing and documenting multi storey inner city residential
• Versatility needed to be able run the project and to step in to use ArchiCAD

Due to a major project progressing to design development this inner city practice requires the services of an experienced Project Architect for a contract role to play an integral part in the documentation. You will be engaged in managing the delivery of the drawings sets and with your expert ArchiCAD skills will be a key member of the documentation team.

The practice is a young practice with a stable period of growth through the past 3 years and a good base of clients with a varied portfolio of projects.

As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience working on and delivering similar multi storey residential building projects in the local Melbourne market. You will have significant recent experience using ArchiCAD (up to the most recent versions 14 or 15) and this will be reflected in portfolio. You will be a self starter and comfortable working in a pressured project environment with tight delivery timeframes. Pay will be on an hourly rate commensurate with your experience.
