Kinetic Recruitment is Australia s Leading Supplier of recruitment solutions to the Defence, Rail and Engineering Sectors and we are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Administrator to join a leading engineering firm.

Do you have experience in a technical/servicing environment, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multi task? This is an exciting new role that will see you as the interface between clients and the service technicians, coordinating and prioritizing maintenance and installation activities across QLD.

The role:

• Provide seamless administration support to a team of 20 technicians
• Primary point of contact for ALL customer contact servicing and products
• Diarise and coordinate all work requests - maintenance and installation
• Prioritise and delegate tasks to field service engineers
• Provide seamless financial and general admin support, including invoicing & monthly reporting

The role will see you receiving phone calls from clients requesting the services of technicians. You will roster jobs to the technicians and coordinate the communication between client and technician as well as tracing up paperwork after the completion of the role.

Applicants MUST have:

• Solid Customer Service experience within a Technical / Engineering industry
• Proven experience within a team support/administration/ coordination role
• Fast and accurate data entry skills with intense diary management experience
• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• A positive can-do attitude & the ability to work under pressure

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical service administrator to join a leading organization. The role is an immediate role on a Temporary basis although there is a view to Permanency for the right person.
