Located in North Sydney our client is looking for an experienced inbound call centre operator with a focus on customer service. Paying $22.00 per hour you will be working between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays which will be a 35 hour week. This role is a maternity leave cover and will be from 3 to 9 months.

To be suitable for this role you must be available to commence on Monday, 23 August and you will require:

• Experience working in a call centre environment - able to talk and type
• The ability to deliver high quality customer service and communicate in an articulate and professional manner
• Experience working within a government environment (local, state or federal)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and experience using data bases
• The ability to work within and contribute to a team
