Reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of your branch to ensure the seamless delivery of quality customer service to the banks valued customers. You will be responsible for building the business through effective relationships with business partners, team management, networking and have a genuine passion for getting involved in local business and community initiatives.
Ideally you will be highly motivated and driven with previous sales experience. You will be able to build trust and rapport easily and have knowledge of mortgage lending and personal banking products.
The ideal applicant will be degree qualified or hold tertiary qualifications in a finance related discipline with a strong background in retail banking. In addition you will have a superior negotiating skills coupled with strong credit analysis.
