If you have demonstrated experience in Complaints and Customer Dispute Resolution and have a strong sense of social justice, this might be the role for you. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of complex complaints and disputes and to carry out detailed investigations, review and analyse all the material provided, including all policies, product statements and other relevant material, conduct any necessary legal or other research and prepare correspondence and for all parties. The candidate To be successful in this role, you must have: - Demonstrated experience in customer complaints handling, IDR or other relevant background;
- A desire to assist individuals in reaching determination of their complaints and claims, often in difficult circumstances;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both oral and particularly written
