Our client is a successful insurance company with offices worldwide. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist to come on board for a temporary assignment located in Sydney's CBD from the 29th February 2012. This is a great opportunity to work with a well known brand and within a small and friendly team. Day to day duties of the role will include: - Meet and greet all visitors that come into the offices
- Answer all calls and direct to the right staff member
- Meeting room coordination
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
Knowledge and experience required: - Previous experience working on a busy reception is a must
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate PC skills
- Candidates must be available from the 29th February 2012 Monday to Friday
