Corporate Reception - Real Estate A well established Real Estate organisation specialising in both Residential and Commercial Sales and Property Management is currently seeking an immaculately presented person with strong communications skills to become the face of their organisation. This is and exciting opportunity for a vibrant person with a 'can do' attitude to further your experience with a well regarded organisation  

 Duties include: 
  • Answering incoming calls and being the face of the company! 
  • Invoice administration- chasing up of invoices
  • Stationary control including toners, paper, staff amenities etc  
  • Mail and fax distribution  
  • Banking  
  • Diary Management 
  • Petty cash  
  • Adhoc administration duties 
  • Arrange Couriers  
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated Reception experience with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills. You will be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and have ideally worked in Real Estate or a professional services environment previously. Real Estate Agents Rep certificate would be advantageous.
