Located in Brompton, this growing aged care facility is committed to providing genuine care and support to its residents, families and staff. Recently awarded 23 new bed licences, the organisation is now embarking on new building projects to accommodate this exciting growth phase. The newly created role of Senior Administrator will support and assist the CEO in delivering these new facilities.

Providing high level support to the CEO and Quality Manager, your day will be varied and challenging. Working within the small management team, your multi faceted role will be to co-ordinate, support and assist across a range of administration functions from board support, minute taking, staff inductions and training to managing correspondence as well as relief reception and payroll backup. You will also assist with event co-ordination and quality documentation. Critical to this role is maturity combined with a sense of humour and genuine empathy with the elderly and people of non English speaking backgrounds. Your honesty, integrity and commitment are the cornerstone of success in this down-to-earth team who work hard and have a laugh along the way.
