Founded in 1925, our client is a family owned and operated business, located in Ashford, specialising in the manufacture of small to medium sized castings and distributes around the globe.

The clientele of this company covers every industry sector from agriculture, automotive, building, earthmoving, freight & transport, mining and many more.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Receptionist who is seeking a varied and busy position!

Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Relations - building and servicing clients (first point of call)
  • Handle client order enquiries, discrepancies, progress and deliveries.
  • Accounts (Debtors & Creditors) management using MYOB including end of month reconciliations and back-up payroll
  • Providing administration support to clerical and logistics team
  • Data entry of new and existing customers and orders

To be considered for this position you will need:

  • To be a highly experienced receptionist who can multi-task
  • Advanced MYOB experience and solid work related experience
  • Experience in a distribution/logistics related field
  • Advance Microsoft Suite including a typing speed of 55wpm
  • Ability to work autonomously, with the capacity to adapt & willingness to learn

You will also have a current C class car licence and own transport and have the ability to be flexible to work additional hours to cover annual leave, sickness and etc.

This position is a casual position to begin and will be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate!

Wednesday & Thursdays are a must, paying $25.12 per hour.
